Choose your bar experience
Package details can be customized based on guest count, event length, location, and drink menu. All packages include 4 hours of event service time plus an hour for set up and an hour of breakdown. Alcohol is not included unless arranged separately according to local requirements.

Additional Bartender $400
Recommended for larger guest counts or events with a fast-paced bar flow. Typically, we recommend one bartender per 75 guests to Keep service fast and smooth.
Additional Time $100-150/Hour
Need a little more time? Additional service is $150 per hour on the day of and can be added to your booking to keep the celebration going. We recommend requesting any additional hours at least 3 days prior to your event to receive our preferred advance booking rate. While same-day extensions may be available during your event, they are subject to bartender availability and may be billed at a higher rate.

Do you bring alcohol?
No. The client provides the alcohol. We give you a custom shopping list so you know exactly what to buy with no guesswork.
What do you provide?
We provide bartender(s), bar tools, a portable bar, setup, and breakdown. Depending on the package, we can also provide mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, and multiple drink menus. You usually only need to provide the alcohol.
How early do you arrive?
Our team arrives one hour prior to guest arrival to ensure the bar is fully set up and ready for service. Some venues may require an earlier arrival due to parking, access restrictions, or venue-specific logistics. In these cases, an on-site walkthrough may be required to determine the appropriate setup schedule. Following the event, we remain on-site to fully break down the bar, pack equipment, and leave the bar area clean and organized. Service Timeline: 1 Hour Professional Bar Setup, 4 Hours Beverage Service, and 1 Hour Breakdown & Cleanup.
What if we want glassware?
Optional glassware coordination and rentals can be discussed based on your event style, guest count, and drink menu.
